How do I send my footage?
Share a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link on WhatsApp. For monthly clients we set up a shared folder so you just drop files in.
How fast will I get my video?
Reels and shorts: first cut within 48 hours (24h on priority plans). Long-form videos: 3–4 days. Revision rounds are turned around within 24 hours.
How many revisions do I get?
Pro plans and above come with unlimited revisions — we keep refining until you approve. Starter includes 2 rounds, which covers most videos comfortably.
What do you need from me to start?
Your raw footage, 1–2 reference videos you like, your logo or brand colours if any, and one line about the goal of the video. That's it — we handle the rest.
How does payment work?
50% advance to start (UPI or bank transfer), 50% after you approve the final cut. Monthly packs are billed at the start of the month. GST invoice available.
Can you match my existing editing style?
Yes — send 2–3 videos in the style you want. We build a mini style-guide for your account so every video stays consistent, even across months.
